Your tasks:
- Full responsibility for service phases 5-8 of the HOAI in landscape architecture
- Creation of execution plans and detailed drawings
- Coordination and communication with specialist planners, clients, and authorities
- Construction supervision and quality assurance
- Conducting site meetings, including documentation of construction progress
- Participation in cost control and scheduling
- Independent development of creative solutions to enhance project quality
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in HOAI service phases 5-8
- Business-fluent German, both spoken and written
- Solid knowledge in the planning and execution of landscape architecture projects
- Confident use of software programs such as Orca-AVA, Microsoft Excel and Word, Vectorworks
- A completed degree in (landscape) architecture, horticulture, or a related field – alternatively, a master craftsman title in gardening and landscaping
- A team player with strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Creativity and a keen sense of design and functionality
